As of May, 2021, the current principal balance on our 2014 Gathering Center loan is approximately $2,000,000.00. Our intent has always been to be aggressive in retiring the debt. With that in mind, our finance team has developed a plan to eliminate the debt completely by October 31, 2026. How exciting!
